Pro Dough Company serves as a dough commesary to local pizza shops, as well as a wide variety of other industries that require a high quality affordable dough. We also produce a variety of custom and proprietary doughs that meet just about any application requirement. Pro Dough began operating in 1988, at a time when most pizza operators were mixing dough in house. There was a need however for an operation like Pro Dough to pool resources of several pizza shops into one location where the same job of making pizza dough could be done, on a much larger -yet less costly scale. The job of making pizza dough was one that was frequently left to untrained help, resulting in highly inconsistant doughs, that had a very short shelf life and vary greatly in daily performance. The pizza shops were now able to clear out space that was previously dedicated to dough making equipment, and sell off unneeded equipment. Pro Dough Company helped make it much easier for its customers to grow their own businesses, and open multiple units. In addition to doughballs, Pro Dough began packaging hermetically sealed, shelf stable spice mixtures for pizza sauce blends. This was not only cost effective, but it allowed operators to free themselves from "secret" recipe revelations. Employees could mix the pizza sauce, without ever knowing the actual formula. Pro Dough Company currently offers six house pizza sauce spice mixes, as well as private labeling. Pro Dough Company also makes it possible for operators worldwide to mix a high quality dough, through the addition of Pro Dough Company Dough Conditioner. With usage levels under 1/4%, our dough conditioner has a nominal cost, with very desirable results. Operators are able to have shorter mix times, much easier to round the doughballs, little to no snapback or shrinkage when forming pizzas, and an increased volume in the oven. Now anyone who makes dough, anywhere can easliy create doughs like the ones that were only availble commercially. Perfect for all pizza doughs, syrian bread dough, focaccia dough, bread dough, or any yeast raised dough.
